StarReply ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our AI review management tool at starreply.app.
Information We Collect
When you use StarReply, you voluntarily provide business information — including your business name, trade/industry, and customer review text — to generate AI responses. This information is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after your session.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to generate the review responses you request. Your input is sent to our AI service, the output is returned to your browser, and no data is retained once generation is complete.
Third-Party Services
- Anthropic API: Powers AI generation. Your input data is processed by Anthropic under their privacy policy. No personally identifiable information about your customers is stored.
- Google AdSense: Displays advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve relevant ads. You can manage preferences via Google's ad settings.
- Netlify: Hosts our website. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type) may be collected per Netlify's privacy policy.
- Stripe: Processes Pro subscription payments. Financial data is handled exclusively by Stripe under their privacy policy. We never see or store your full payment details.
Customer Review Data
Review text you paste into StarReply is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply and is not stored by us. We recommend not pasting reviews containing highly sensitive personal information about your customers beyond what is needed for reply generation.
Cookies
StarReply itself does not use tracking cookies. Third-party advertising (Google AdSense) and payment (Stripe) partners may use cookies. You can manage preferences through your browser settings.
Data Security
Since we do not store your business or customer data after generation, there is no persistent database of your information that could be breached. All connections to our site use HTTPS encryption.
Children's Privacy
StarReply is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
